Relocation/Move-In Service Inspiring a Sense of Home ©
Are you making a move? Setting up a new house? Do you need comfort and anxiety relief to get relocated as soon as possible?
Our teams will do the work of placing your furniture, art and accessories for you and give you a sense of "home" in just 24, 48 or 72 hours (depending on the total square footage of the home).
We'll then provide you a written report making suggestions about wall, floor and window coverings and future purchases to finish the decorating process. These you may implement at your leisure because now you will have leisure time instead of trying to figure out how all your old stuff is going to fit into that new house.
Price? $3.50 - $6.00 per square foot, based on your choice of service level. Choose from 3 tiers of service below.

Tier 1: The Platinum Package©...
We will meet your moving truck, receive your House Hold Goods (HHG), check for complete inventory, inspect major pieces for transit damage, unpack, professionally place furniture, art and accessories and haul off all packaging not needed for damage inspection and claim filing. (Claim filing and settlement will be your responsibility; kitchen goods, clothing and linen closets are not included in our placement service). Price? $6.00 per square foot of the new home. |

Tier 2: The Gold Package©...
You receive and sign for your HHG and move furniture pieces into appropriate rooms. We will professionally place furniture, art and accessories throughout the house (unpacking and unwrapping as we go if needed), and haul off packaging not needed for damage inspection and claim filing. (Claim filing and settlement will be your responsibility; kitchen goods, clothing and linen closets are not included in our placement service).
Price? $4.50 per square foot of the new home. |

Tier 3: The Silver Package©...
You receive your HHG, unpack everything and move all items into the house, remove all packaging. We will then perform our instant-gratification interior redesign of all rooms in the house, professionally placing all furniture, art and accessories. (Claim filing and settlement will be your responsibility; kitchen goods, clothing and linen closets are not included in our placement service). Price? $3.50 per square foot of the new home. |
