Our teams will use The Art of Placement techniques to visually coordinate the house so it appears more spacious, more harmonious and much more beautiful!  Best of all there is nothing else to buy... we'll use your existing furnishings, art and accessories, or bring in our own at an affordable rental rate.

 

Is it worth it?  Well, national statistics say yes, houses receive larger bids and sell faster when staged for resale.  That's why 76% of our nation's Realtors advise their clients to hire stagers, but you'll be the best judge of that!

 

Need a buyer?  Stage it and they will come.

 

Price?  Every home is different, so it's better if I see the space in person before quoting a price for staging.  I charge a $125.00 consultation fee for this preview appointment, and during that interview you'll receive some strategies for improving the space, a check list with recommendations if you want to do it yourself, and a price for my staging service if you want me to do it for you.

 

Nationally, staging prices average between $1200.00 and $3500.00 (excluding furniture and accessory rental), so don't worry, my averages are the same.  And of course the preview fee will be deducted from the overall staging fee of your home if you decide to book your own Redesign for Real Estate within one month.
